Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DÔEN garments, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Refund Method

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or an instant store credit to use on your next purchase.

  Package and Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
